# Request parameters

报告 API 支持维度和指标的参数化。

参数化是为某些维度和指标设置参数的机制。

参数用尖括号定义 `<>` 例如：

  - 要按字符串用户属性对用户进行分组：`ym:u:customStringAttribute<profile_attribute_id>`。

  - 要获取客户事件参数值的总和：`ym:ce2:sumParamValues<param_value_path>`

现有的参数是：

在表达式中设置参数有三种方式：

- 要为不同的表达式设置不同的参数值，请直接在表达式中指定参数。 例如，`ym:u:customStringAttribute1000`.

- 要为所有表达式设置一个参数，请将表达式参数以原始形式添加到请求中。 例如， `...&dimensions=ym:u:customStringAttribute<profile_attribute_id>&profile_attribute_id=1000&...`.
    
- 如果需要用不同的参数值对维度或指标进行参数化，并且这些参数可以接受任意字符串，请使用花括号。 例如，`ym:ce2:sumParamValues{'duration.max'}`.

您可以将这些方法组合在一个请求中。
