# 访问分析功能

要让用户开始使用“分析”模块，您需要为他们授予对应用系列的访问权限。

- 从组织模式的菜单中

  1. 前往**分析** → **访问分析功能**。

  1. 确保您处于组织模式，而不是在特定应用系列中（已选中**所有应用系列**项目）。

  1. 选择一个应用系列，然后点击![三个点](../../../../_images/dots.svg){inline=false} → **授予访问权限**，或点击右上角的**添加用户**。 访问权限授予窗口随即打开。

  1. 在顶部字段中，指定应用系列名称或选择**所有应用**以授予对组织中所有应用系列的访问权限。

  1. 在**更改访问权限**字段中，列出您想要授予对应用系列的访问权限的员工的电子邮件。 

  1. 选择权限 — **只读**或**编辑**。 有关更多信息，请参阅[访问权限](https://boost.yandex.com/doc/zh/content/structure.md#access)。

  1. 点击 **保存**。

- 从特定应用系列的菜单中

  1. 前往**分析**。

  1. 在顶部选择一个应用系列。

  1. 在左侧菜单中，前往**设置** → **访问权限**。 **管理访问权限**选项卡随即打开，其中列出了用户及其访问权限。

  1. 在新行中，指定您要为其授予权限的用户的电子邮件。

  1. 选择访问级别。 有关更多信息，请参阅[管理访问权限](https://boost.yandex.com/doc/zh/analytics/content/settings/manage-access.md)。

  1. 对于代理机构的员工，您可以指定他们可以访问统计数据的事件与合作伙伴。

  1. 点击**添加**按钮。
