# Manage access

<!-- source: en/analytics/content/common/access.md -->
To allow users to start working with Analytics module, you need to grant them access permissions for app families.

{% list tabs %}

- From the menu in organization mode

  1. Go to **Analytics** → **Access to analytics**.

  1. Make sure you are in organization mode, not in a specific app family (the **All app families** item is selected).

  1. Select an app family and click ![three dots](../../../../_images/dots.svg){inline=false} → **Grant access** or click **Add user** in the upper right corner. The access granting window will open.

    {% cut "Access granting window" %}

  1. Select permissions — **Read only** or **Edit**. For more information, see [Access rights](https://boost.yandex.com/doc/en/content/structure.md#access).

  1. Click **Save**.

- From the menu in a specific app family

  1. Go to **Analytics**.

  1. At the top, select an app family.

  1. In the left menu, go to **Settings** → **Access**. The **Manage access** tab will open with a list of users and their access permissions.

  1. In a new row, specify the email of the user you want to grant permissions to.

  1. Select the access level. For more information, see [Manage access](https://boost.yandex.com/doc/en/analytics/content/settings/manage-access.md).
